This unit is being sold as in. During our inspection these were our findings. This unit is overall in good working condition. The roof will require spot sealing around the antenna and rear cap. Bedroom slide-out top seal requires some minor repair. The main awning blind gets stuck during extension. Water heater leaking from rear of unit. Washing machine leaking from rear of unit. It will need a new shower faucet. Exterior faucet leaking. Batteries dated 10/23 and 2/21, but still in working condition. Floor between bedroom slide and head of bed shows previous water damage. The wall beside the slide adjacent to the cabinet also shows previous damage. No leak detected now but the floor wasn’t repaired once the leak was fixed. The awning above the entrance door is in bad shape. The emergency brake must be pushed fully to floor to engage. Found some interior lights inoperative:
